Barcelona have revealed 17 players that won't be travelling to Dublin to take on Celtic after involvement in various international tournaments.
That lists includes Messi, as well as Andres Iniesta, Gerard Pique, Sergio Busquets, Javier Mascherano, Claudio Bravo, Jordi Alba, Neymar and new signings Lucas Digne and Samuel Umtiti.
Messi's Argentina reached the final of the Copa America before being defeated by Chile, leaving Messi to immediately announce his retirement from the international game.
